• Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements across the full development
• Collaborate with product and development teams to translate needs into user-focused, feasible
• Analyze API docs, data structures, and system interactions to support design and field mapping.
• Define and maintain functional requirements for mobile features and flows.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria; maintain Confluence and JIRA docs.
• Drive validation and alignment with stakeholders; ensure clear information flow.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis (IT).
• Experience defining user-facing product functionality and docs for features/flows.
• Strong business and technical documentation skills; analytical mindset.
• Hands-on API experience; REST API docs, JSON/XML mapping.
• Proficient with JIRA & Confluence (Atlassian).
• Strong Agile mindset; practical dev-team collaboration.
