📋 Description

• Review medical records to assign ICD-10, CPT, and modifiers.
• Code and bill accurately for inpatient/outpatient encounters.
• Ensure documentation supports clean claims and compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and teams to obtain needed docs.
• Monitor documentation and conduct coding audits for accuracy.
• Support claim development and billing resolution with Revenue Cycle.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• AHIMA or AAPC certification required.
• 2+ years medical coding experience.
• Experience in multispecialty office coding preferred.
• Strong anatomy/physiology knowledge and coding skills.
• Independent, detail-oriented with strong communication.
