📋 Description

• Lead a team of Professional Development Designers, setting vision, priorities, and operating
• Mentor and develop designers; provide feedback, coaching, and growth opportunities.
• Create and continually improve professional development materials for educators.
• Maintain high standards for writing, instructional design, formatting, and quality.
• Oversee onboarding for new Professional Learning team members; curate onboarding resources.
• Support ongoing training initiatives to ensure product knowledge and resources are available.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years creating and delivering professional development for K–12 educators.
• 2+ years managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex
• Strong understanding of educator learning needs; experience with curriculum and assessment
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities; multitask with attention to detail.
