🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience delivering client-facing projects in professional services, consulting, SaaS
• Hands-on experience administering a commercial learning management system or similar enterprise
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with different timelines, budgets, stakeholders, and
• Working knowledge of single sign-on technologies such as SAML 2.0 and OIDC, REST APIs, and
• Experience working with data reporting, validation, imports, and communicating insights to
• Familiarity with e-learning standards such as SCORM, xAPI, or AICC, as well as HRIS/HCM
