📋 Description

• Lead customer sessions to identify and design outcome-driven use cases.
• Translate business needs into structured solution designs.
• Guide adoption of Nexthink into service workflows and operations.
• Implement, configure, and operate Nexthink products per best practices.
• Develop dashboards, investigations, and automation content.
• Integrate Nexthink with customer systems via scripting and APIs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of consulting or advisory experience in tech services.
• Bachelor’s in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills and data visualization ability.
• Excellent Windows knowledge; MacOS familiarity.
• Experience with scripting and integrations (PowerShell, Python, JSON, REST API, LDAP, SSO, BASH).
• Knowledge of SQL and data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).
