Professional Services Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead customer engagements from discovery through delivery.
• Scope, plan, and deliver paid consulting on platform administration, configuration, and technical
• Lead discovery sessions and translate business needs into project plans, milestones, and acceptance
• Manage projects across HR, IT, Learning & Development, and compliance teams.
• Configure learning management system environments (users, workflows, branding, enrollment
• Support technical integrations: data migration, SSO, APIs, data feeds.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years delivering client-facing projects in professional services, SaaS, or LMS administration.
• Hands-on experience administering a commercial LMS or similar enterprise platform.
• Proven multi-project management with varying timelines and stakeholders.
• Experience with SAML 2.0, OIDC, REST APIs, and data integrations.
• Experience with data reporting and communicating insights to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, AICC; HRIS/HCM integrations is a plus.
