📋 Description

• Customer-facing, billable role delivering specialized expertise for NiCE products and services.
• Implement, configure, and optimize AI-driven applications for enterprise contact centers.
• Provide consultative support and deliver cutting-edge solutions to clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years’ professional experience; 1+ year in digital channels or AI software preferred.
• Technical configuration and, when required, light programming (JavaScript, HTML/CSS).
• CRM integrations, APIs, ACD/IVR/ASR, and other contact center technologies.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, NLU, IAM platforms (Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, OneLogin).
• Project management and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams; strong business communication.
