Professional Services Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of Abacum implementation projects, from pre-sales scoping through kickoff
• Partner with Sales during the pre-sales cycle to scope projects, size effort, and present and walk
• Build project documents, sprint plans, budgets, and resource plans tailored to project and delivery
• Manage implementations that involve both direct customer delivery and delivery through partners
• Manage scope, risk, and change control, escalating early using our governance processes.
• Act as the trusted advisor to client stakeholders; not just running the plan, advising on process

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing a financial planning/EPM platform.
• Experience scoping projects pre-sale and presenting SOWs directly to clients.
• Direct experience managing implementations delivered through third-party partners or resellers
• Working knowledge of FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, consolidation).
• Proficiency with SaaS project tools and Agile/hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent at client-facing communication and ability to influence senior finance stakeholders.
