Professional Services Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Drive operational excellence across the services org
• Scale the business efficiently and optimize profitability
• Partner with Services, Finance, Sales, and Delivery teams
• Improve visibility, planning, and execution across the services lifecycle
• Leverage data-driven insights to inform decisions
• Manage and optimize PS systems and tooling

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Professional Services or related operations
• Strong understanding of services business models, including utilization, revenue recognition, and margin drivers
• Proven forecasting, capacity planning, and operational process improvement
• Advanced analytical skills with experience building models and dashboards
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
