📋 Description

  • Coordinate the full lifecycle of internal and external events: timelines, venues, vendors
  • Serve as primary coordinator during events, managing vendors, attendees, speakers, and internal

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience coordinating and executing events across the full
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills; comfortable engaging university partners and
  • Adaptable to changing requirements; thrives in a dynamic federal environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
