🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in operations, project coordination, hospitality, or related.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects with stakeholders.
• Strong change management and adoption skills.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
