Program Coordinator, Early Talent

📋 Description

• Coordinate interview logistics for Intern, New Grad, and Sales Development candidates.
• Maintain and update job postings in Greenhouse and recruitment systems.
• Collaborate with interviewers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Plan on-site events and fall/spring/summer programming support.
• Manage travel for out-of-town candidates when needed.
• Assist with onboarding and candidate materials for keep-warm strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years in program coordination, recruitment, or related role.
• Canva experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with multitasking ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional materials.
• Detail-oriented; able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems, and proactively address challenges.
