Program Delivery Director

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Program Portfolio Managers and drive enterprise IT transformation and migration
• Collaborate with C-suite and client executives to align business drivers with Ensono capabilities
• Coordinate architecture, migration planning, governance, and reference architectures with internal
• Oversee solution development, workshops, and stakeholder engagements to design and present business
• Manage transitions with clients (colocation, cloud) and ensure steady-state alignment and
• Drive product and program management alignment to enhance technology roadmaps and budgets.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading large-scale enterprise IT change management and transformation programs.
• Proven ability to design and operate global IT infrastructure and cloud solutions.
• Strong leadership, executive stakeholder engagement, and business acumen.
• 15+ years in technology leadership in hosting/cloud spaces; 7+ years in enterprise IT or related
• Demonstrated ability to influence across cross-functional teams and engage senior audiences.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid solutions preferred.
