📋 Description

• Oversight and manage overall assigned program(s) for individuals with IDD.
• Personnel management and program coordination including orientation and ongoing training.
• Monitor all aspects of the program including goals/plans and implementation.
• Coordinate and manage operations, medical, financial and maintenance aspects through guiding the

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field.
• At least 1 year full time direct experience with participants with developmental/disabilities.
• At least 2 years of management experience with development disabilities.
• Good decision-making, time management and communication skills; responsible, mature, flexible.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Successful background clearance required.
