Coordinate development, implementation, scheduling, operation, and evaluation of residential
Train, supervise, and evaluate DSPs; motivate staff.
Maintain a safe, inclusive environment prioritizing teamwork and safety.
Manage staff scheduling and regulatory compliance.
Develop and implement ISP goals, BSPs, and other plans.
Monitor service quality and participate in audits.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, psychology, education, or related field (or
3+ years supervisory or management experience in human services.
Valid driver's license.
Strong leadership to coach and mentor a diverse team.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in disability services.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Starting wage $29.00; full range $29.00-$32.30
