📋 Description

• Oversee multiple projects and manage a team of Project Managers in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Act as Scrum Master when needed and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
• Build strong client relationships and align project outcomes with business goals.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, content strategists, and product teams across org levels.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of progressive PM experience; 2+ years Agile experience.
• 8+ years in a consultant/agency/client-facing delivery environment.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or similar methodologies.
• Experience leading 4–8 person multidisciplinary teams; distributed/remote teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; travel occasionally.
