🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in program management or related fields.
• Proven experience leading large-scale multi-site programs.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with automation or supply chain transformations.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
