Program Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Develop, monitor program budgets and financial forecasts.
• Track expenditures and variances vs budgets/forecasts.
• Prepare financial reports for program leadership.
• Apply FP&A principles to budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
• Manage procurement financials: purchases, SOWs, accruals, invoicing, reconciliation.
• Support month-end close and ensure data integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related.
• 2–3+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or similar.
• Advanced Excel: modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH.
• Strong FP&A expertise: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis.
• Knowledge of accrual accounting, invoicing, month-end close, reconciliation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
