Program Lead, Construction Management Services (Owners Agent)

📋 Description

• Lead Owner’s Agent construction management and construction security activities across the program.
• Support design and pre-construction, including constructability reviews and value engineering.
• Standardize CM processes across locations; integrate QA, safety, testing, security, and controls.
• Advise leadership on technical, contractual, acquisition, and construction challenges with
• Coordinate with government reps, contractors, agencies, and stakeholders to align activities with
• Direct CM activities; ensure contractor work meets contract docs, quality, safety, and controls.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management; Master’s preferred.
• 15+ years of experience delivering Owner’s Agent CM services on large programs.
• Strong experience with Progressive Design-Build; CM at Risk or other methods valuable.
• Experience on major new construction projects (> $250M,>$500M preferred).
• Proven ability to lead large teams in matrixed, distributed environments.
• Strong CM practices knowledge: QA, safety, scheduling, cost, contract administration, controls.
