📋 Description

• Aligns DSS study teams with program/study strategies.
• Acts as DSS lead for assigned studies, coordinating DSS study teams.
• Interacts with cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
• Uses operational analytics and PM tools to optimize program execution.
• Ensures adherence to GCPs, ICH, and AbbVie SOPs; stays updated on regs.
• Coaches Data Science Associates; may supervise contract resources.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business/CS/life sciences; Master’s preferred. PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green
• 3+ years pharma/clinical/research/data management or 5+ years PM experience.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes; experience managing trials.
• Proven leadership and ability to influence without authority.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
