Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, from scoping through launch, ensuring alignment with
• Define scopes, schedules, and deliverables with stakeholders and maintain clear plans as they
• Track milestones and reallocate resources to keep programs on track.
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
• Identify risks early and build mitigation plans before blockers arise.
• Define KPIs and report on program health to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing complex, cross-functional programs, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong communication skills across execs, engineers, and external partners.
• Experience with Monday.com, Jira, Asana, Linear or similar tools; Agile/Scrum exposure.
• Analytical mindset: KPI definition and data-driven prioritization.
• Adaptable to ambiguity with a fast-changing roadmap.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; PMP/Agile/Scrum Master or similar certification.
