Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional programs across a portfolio.
• Manage customer relationships with sponsors and executives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, SLAs, KPIs, and delivery standards.
• Monitor portfolio financials: revenue, spend, costs, budgeting, forecasting.
• Govern project delivery using waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Guide PMs on requirements, risks, dependencies, and issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management/Business; Master’s preferred.
• PMP certification required.
• 5+ years in program/project management for large, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong experience with ERP/asset management (EAM) and SAP Maximo/IBM Maximo implementations.
• Proven track record managing multiple PMs and complex workstreams.
• Experience in asset-intensive industries (oil & gas, utilities, mining, chemicals
