🎯 Requirements

5+ years of management experience, including managing managers.
Strong project management across multiple workstreams.
Excel and data skills; translate data into actions.
Fluent Portuguese and English.
Experience in cash transfer programming or humanitarian work a plus.
Ability to operate in rural and urban field environments.
