Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead acquisition support team for FEMA OCCPO
• Primary contact for FEMA Contracting Officer and COR
• Oversee acquisition management, planning, market research, cost analysis
• Ensure compliance with FAR, HSAR, HSAM, FAM, and DHS policies
• Manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and budgets
• Facilitate briefings, program status reports, and engagements

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship with ability to obtain FEMA/DHS suitability
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience managing complex federal contracts/programs
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in federal env
• Knowledge of federal acquisition lifecycle and FAR/HSAR/HSAM
• Strong written and verbal communication with government leaders
