📋 Description

  • Senior program rep for contractual, technical, and operational matters
  • Provide executive direction for contractor personnel on the Domestic Operations mission
  • Ensure contract requirements across operations, DSCA, continuity, cyber, CWMD, and exercises
  • Build relationships with National Guard Bureau, DoD, interagency partners, and states
  • Direct performance to meet objectives, quality, and SLAs
  • Lead planning, staffing, risk management, and execution activities

🎯 Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance; SCI eligibility maintained
  • Bachelor’s in business, emergency management, or related field
  • 15+ years in DoD/ homeland security leadership roles
  • 8+ years managing large multidisciplinary contracts
  • Experience with geographically dispersed teams and national defense contracts
  • Strong communications; executive briefing experience
