📋 Description

• Drive adoption, retention, and expansion for Handshake platform.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and CS Managers to hit hiring goals.
• Execute strategic projects and develop recruiting campaigns.
• Provide data-driven insights to employers for entry-level hiring.
• Maintain relationships with end users and maximize platform ROI.
• Develop best practices and training on inclusion and sourcing.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in customer-facing SaaS, recruiting, or professional services.
• Strong ability to align with customer goals and drive adoption.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship management.
• Strong project management and analytical thinking.
• Based in San Francisco or New York City; in-office 5 days/week.
