Program Manager/Category Manager - Lending (Personal Loans)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end lending partner initiatives to drive Paytm's Personal Loans business.
• Bridge Business, Product, Tech, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance and Marketing.
• Design and launch growth initiatives; build business cases and execute with cross-functional teams.
• Drive AOP for lending partners, monitor funnel, forecasts and performance metrics.
• Manage partner onboarding, technology/API integrations, SLAs and governance with banks/NBFCs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or related field. MBA preferred.
• 3–6 years in Program Management, FinTech, Banking, NBFC, Payments or Consumer Finance.
• Hands-on experience in digital lending or consumer finance; unsecured personal loans a plus.
• Knowledge of lending value chain: sourcing, underwriting, KYC, disbursal, servicing &
• Strong analytical skills; ability to run cross-functional programs and move metrics.
• Excellent communication; ability to engage senior stakeholders and write clear one-pagers.
