Program Manager Contingent Workforce

📋 Description

• Lead Contingent Workforce Program across MSP/VMS platform (Beeline + Monument).
• Build governance, policies, and an operating model for scalable external labor engagement.
• Partner with Legal, Accounting, Finance, and IT; report to Head of Talent.
• Drive adoption of the new contingent workforce model across hiring managers.
• Develop playbooks for international expansion and centralized EOR use.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in program management, operations, or workforce management.
• Experience managing vendor/supplier relationships (staffing, MSP, or VMS).
• Strong process development and cross-functional alignment skills.
• Ability to lead a newly launched program and write the playbook.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, including at executive level.
