🎯 Requirements

7+ years in program management, operations, or workforce management.
Experience with vendor/supplier relationships in staffing, MSP, or VMS.
Strong process design skills; able to create operating models and playbooks.
Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment with Finance, Legal, HR.
Excellent communication and influencing skills at executive levels.
