📋 Description

• Lead strategic operational builds from problem statement to operating model.
• Translate policy, safety, legal, and ops constraints into workflows.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to resolve dependencies.
• Stand up new programs and stabilize operations as priorities shift.
• Use data and frontline signals to identify bottlenecks and capacity needs.
• Drive escalations and cross-functional decisions to closure.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in program mgmt, strategy/ops, or related field.
• Track record turning complex problems into launched, scaled ops.
• Organized, execution-focused; manage many pieces.
• Build trust and alignment across teams without direct authority.
• Fluent with data flows, dashboards, automation, tooling gaps.
• Clear communicator with technical, operational, policy, exec teams.
• Calm, flexible in fast-moving, high-severity work.
• Experience with vendor ops, QA, launch readiness, AI ops.
• Nice to have: customer support or high-stakes scaled ops.
• Nice to have: national security or severe-harm domain expertise.
