Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional programs across ERP, WMS, OMS, and TMS to improve system integration and
• Serve as a bridge between customers and engineering to translate business needs into scalable tech
• Analyze end-to-end order and warehouse workflows to identify efficiency gains and automation
• Apply AI-enabled tooling and process engineering to re-engineer legacy workflows
• Support process development, documentation, implementation, testing, and end-user adoption across
• Lead change management and training to ensure successful adoption of new systems

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations tech; 3+ years in program/project management
• Functional knowledge of at least two of ERP, WMS, OMS, TMS (hands-on with all four preferred)
• Experience with AI/automation for business process improvement; evaluate feasibility and ROI
• Experience applying Lean/Six Sigma/BPR to real workflows
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs from initiation to go-live
• Strong analytical skills; data-driven decision making; excellent communication and stakeholder
