Program Manager, ISV Ecosystem

📋 Description

• Lead a high-visibility, cross-functional program spanning Okta and Auth0 investments
• Drive integration breadth/depth with SaaS ISVs across Workforce & Auth0 product areas
• Define operational rhythms, milestones, metrics, and risk mitigation
• Use AI-driven processes to improve program efficiency and effectiveness
• Own reports for C-level and leadership; evangelize program vision and progress
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings with clear agendas and decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8+ years in management consulting, business operations, or GTM/Product roles
• Proven success managing complex cross-functional initiatives
• Strong technical and financial acumen; quick to master new domains
• Excellent written and verbal communication; distill complex ideas
• Structured thinker; capable of handling ambiguity and driving results
• Experience delivering multiple workstreams with minimal supervision
