📋 Description

Lead strategy and admin of leave of absence and accommodations
Partner across People, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, Ops, vendors
Develop scalable, compliant leave processes for multi-state workforce

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in HR, business, or related field preferred
5+ years in leave administration or related HR programs
3+ years leading programs or teams
Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, PWFA, CFRA, HIPAA
Familiarity with CA statutory leave programs
Experience managing third-party leave vendors
