📋 Description

• Lead evaluation of emerging technologies and operational capabilities for efficiency, safety, and
• Develop structured evaluation frameworks for feasibility, impact, complexity, and value.
• Build ROI models, investment cases, and executive recommendations to support adoption decisions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, IT, Manufacturing, and Operations to develop

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years leading enterprise operational programs, technology ops, or security operations.
• Experience evaluating emerging technologies for operational adoption in large enterprises.
• Proven track record moving new technologies from pilot to enterprise deployment.
• Experience building business cases, ROI analyses, and executive recommendations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise processes, change management, and operational readiness.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with Product, Engineering, Operations, Security, and
