Program Manager, Manufacturing Operations

📋 Description

• Lead and manage complex, cross-functional operational programs from initiation through execution
• Collaborate with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement
• Develop and monitor KPIs to track program success and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Create detailed project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timelines are met.
• Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
• Analyze data to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for automation and process

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and project scope.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
