📋 Description

• Lead and manage complex cross-functional operational programs from initiation through execution and
• Collaborate with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement
• Develop and monitor KPIs to track program success and identify optimization opportunities.
• Create detailed project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timelines are met.
• Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders to align objectives and deliverables.
• Analyze data to inform decisions and explore automation and process enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in program/project management, operations, or supply chain.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale cross-functional projects in fast-paced settings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and project scope.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
