🎯 Requirements

4 to 8 years managing complex, cross-functional programs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Working SQL knowledge to write basic queries
Fluency with KPIs like CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, pacing, margin
Ability to drive alignment without direct authority
Strong executive communication skills
