Own end-to-end delivery of onsite and in-the-wild data collection programs
Manage financials: forecast, P&L, invoicing, and client satisfaction
Lead cross-functional teams and partner with Legal, Talent Acquisition, and Finance
Ensure safety, compliance, and quality across field and facility-based work
Communicate with clients via regular syncs and business reviews
Drive reporting through dashboards and status updates to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

3–5+ years managing large-scale onsite/field operations in data-related domains
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field
Proven cross-functional leadership; client-facing program experience
Familiarity with PRINCE2, PMI, or similar methodologies preferred
Ability to translate client needs into scalable delivery models
Strong forecasting, budgeting, and risk management skills
