Program Manager, People Operations

📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the global Contingent Workforce program.
• Primary contact for CW processes, escalations, and MSP questions.
• Partner with MSP, suppliers, HR, Legal, Procurement, and other stakeholders for program execution.
• Monitor processes; identify gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Maintain CW policies, processes, documentation, and governance.
• Support reporting, compliance, and program performance tracking.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations/HR administration in fast-paced environments.
• Problem solving, critical thinking, troubleshooting.
• Experience in Workday and HR Operations service request management.
• Strong customer-service mindset and ability to ensure satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Gmail, and Google Docs.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
