🎯 Requirements

5+ years in custom mechanical manufacturing (CNC, sheet metal, injection molding, casting)
Experience managing production projects through full lifecycle
Proven track record with demanding customers on complex projects
Deep understanding of DFM, tolerances, materials, processes
Service-oriented with strong customer outcomes focus
Startup experience in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
