Program Manager, State & Enterprise Programs

📋 Description

• Own delivery plan across all workstreams for state/enterprise engagements.
• Manage client cadence: weekly status, steering, escalations, working sessions.
• Maintain dependency registers; secure specs, test envs, data feeds, and decisions on a schedule.
• Manage scope, acceptance criteria, change requests, and intake of new work.
• Produce client-ready deliverables and flag risks to leadership across the portfolio.
• Coordinate with engineering on integration timelines with state systems (ERP, data hubs, SSO).

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in program or project management for complex software delivery.
• Experience with contractual milestones, UAT, and change control.
• Strong writing for status reports, summaries, and criteria language.
• Ability to run plans with teams you don’t directly manage.
• Preferred: state child care programs experience (licensing, subsidies, eligibility, provider
• Nice to have: state human services or procurement familiarity.
