Own end-to-end performance management of AOP OKRs with clear ownership and accountability.
Maintain operational tempo with proactive follow-ups and cross-functional alignment.
Identify risks and blockers early; work with teams to mitigate and escalate when needed.
Lead departmental planning cycles and annual adjustments to keep goals ambitious yet realistic.
Refine and document the AOP Playbook to improve efficiency per cycle.
Prepare high-quality QBR materials with data-driven narratives.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years progressive experience in operations, strategy, program management or consulting
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
