Program Manager, Talent Programs

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day execution of assigned Talent Programs
• Coordinate workstreams across TA, PM, Capabilities, and L&D
• Partner with leaders and People team for aligned outcomes
• Leverage AI and tools to improve program outcomes
• Travel 1-2 times per year for team meetings
• Hybrid in-office Tuesdays/Wednesdays for collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, business, or related field
• 2 to 6 years coordinating programs or HR ops
• Strong organizational, relationship-building, and collaboration skills
• Excellent communication for diverse audiences
• Experience with AI-forward ways of working a plus
