📋 Description

  • The Program Manager, Value Analyst leads value analysis initiatives, manages complex projects, and
  • Provide analytical recommendations to value analysis committees regarding cost savings, product
  • Support annual healthcare savings objectives by identifying and implementing opportunities for cost
  • Partner with sourcing and contracting teams to evaluate purchasing strategies and achieve optimal
  • Document and track savings generated through value improvement initiatives.
  • Manage and facilitate value analysis committee meetings, including planning agendas, coordinating

🎯 Requirements

  • Five or more years of progressive experience in purchasing, contracting, project management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nursing, healthcare-related field, or another
  • Strong understanding of healthcare products, medical terminology, clinical workflows, and
  • Experience analyzing contracts, costs, financial data, and product specifications.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence clinical teams
