• Turn member sentiment into actionable insights across teams.
• Collaborate with product, business leaders, and executives to embed member perspective in decisions.

• Investigate issues from multiple signals (support, feedback, social, reviews, ops data).
• Tell clear narratives that drive product decisions and member impact.
• Lead deep-dive analyses to identify root causes and opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in consulting, product ops, strategy & operations, analytics, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable narratives.
• Strong analytical skills with quantitative and qualitative data.
• Curious, proactive, and able to problem-solve in ambiguity.
• Experience using AI tools to learn, automate, or improve workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary $105,000.00 – $145,000.00, with bonus and equity eligibility.
