📋 Description

• Organize and manage weekly meetings with participating teams
• Monitor progress and track outcomes
• Curate course materials based on existing education content
• Travel to in-person events related to global programs when needed
• Act as main contact for incubated/accelerated teams and external experts
• Prepare detailed reporting and evaluation of teams’ progress

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years in the video games industry as Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar
• Proven track record with launched game projects
• Deep understanding of game business cycle, community building and marketing
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Experience organizing digital/in-person events; familiarity with accelerator/incubator programs
