📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deliver STEM I&E curricula and trainings.
• Lead immersive STEM I&E Communities of Practice and trainings.
• Manage logistics for program implementation.
• Attend conferences and panels; present insights and best practices.
• Develop new delivery methods; synthesize lessons learned.
• Incorporate social learning principles to diffuse ideas.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in higher education with instructional design & training administration.
• 5+ years in program and curricular development in higher education; grants and stakeholder mgmt.
• Experience designing STEM I&E training for higher ed, industry, and government.
• Knowledge of needs assessment in education.
• Ability to thrive under changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• BS/BA required.
