📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day partner program operations and manage multiple workstreams for Squarespace
• Drive strategy and evolution of revenue-driving partner benefits (referrals, subscriptions).
• Design efficient triage processes for escalated issues and implement program updates.
• Optimize Squarespace Marketplace operations across onboarding, management, and engagement lifecycle.
• Lead scalable process improvements, leveraging AI to close gaps and boost capacity.
• Synthesize trends from surveys and forums to accelerate actionable content and insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in operations, program management, or related role focused on channel or
• Proven expertise in strategic program design and execution; revenue-focused programs (e.g.
• Deep operational management skills to design scalable end-to-end processes and manage complex
• Experience in lifecycle management for a platform or marketplace, reducing friction in onboarding
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities; able to synthesize data into actionable
