Identify process improvements, mentor junior team members, and drive supplier performance.
Manage more complex requisitions and provide data-driven insights to improve client satisfaction
Lead requisition intake sessions, advise on market trends, and recommend sourcing strategies.
Develop reports and dashboards for clients and internal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred.
3-5 years in contingent workforce programs or staffing.
Ability to manage complex client relationships and requisitions.
Advanced Excel and reporting skills; experience with VMS tools and CRM systems.
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
