Program Specialist (NORAM Shift) - Prospective Client - MSP, Bengaluru / Chennai

📋 Description

• Coordinate program activities and timelines for prospective clients, ensuring all deliverables are
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and providing
• Manage client onboarding processes, including documentation, system access provisioning, and
• Track program progress using ticketing systems and CRM platforms, maintaining accurate and
• Identify and escalate issues or roadblocks to appropriate teams, ensuring swift resolution
• Prepare and distribute program status reports, meeting summaries, and client communications

🎯 Requirements

• Shift Mode- NORAM Shift
• Word Mode - Hybrid
• 2+ years of minimum work experience preferably in Recruitment and HR Operations
• Experience working for a VMS such as Beeline or Fieldglass and/or Contingent/Contracting space
• Client hiring manager/supplier facing – excellent verbal and written communications
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment that changes from day to day
